LEED For Homes 101 Postponed
We've postponed our LEED For Homes 101 training class for contractors and building professionals. Busy work schedules prevented several interested parties from being able to attend the class, originally scheduled for Feb 23, 2010, so we've decided to reschedule for a later date. If you are interested in registering for the class, which we plan to hold some time during spring of 2010, give us a call, send us email, or just keep checking this space. -
The Home Energy Analysis Experience: Part 1
Homes can be our most costly lifetime investment and for many of us we live in older homes that are energy inefficient. As if money were of no consequence, most of us ignore the fact that our home appliances and HVAC systems hungrily consume energy and rack up high utility bills and if that weren’t bad enough we carelessly let heat infiltrate and cooling escape in summer months and conversely let heat escape and cold penetrate our abodes during the winter.
